Production Coordinator

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join the team and work on a number of our live productions, due to open in the next three months. This is a fixed-term engagement,  to the end of July 2025.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with excellent attention to detail, time management and multitasking, and be highly skilled in written, numeracy and verbal communication and computer literacy. They also need to have a positive attitude and to a desire a work to the highest standards in a fun, fast paced environment.

At least 3 years' relevant experience, ideally West End, in a similar role in the theatre industry is essential. All candidates must be available to start immediately, and be available for a three month engagement.

​ROLE DETAILS
•    Fixed-term contract, to start as soon as possible;
•    London-based company, working in our Covent Garden office;
•    Hours: 9.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with some work in the evenings, weekends and public holidays;
•    £3,000 per month (pro rated in any part months worked);
•    20 days’ holiday (pro rata).
